Thank you for your purchase from Tickets For Less. As you may already know, the Chiefs and the NFL have gone mobile, meaning the only way to enter Arrowhead and other stadiums across the country is with your phone. Below is a step-by-step breakdown of how to access your Chiefs tickets to home games this season.

Note: You will receive an email from Ticketmaster stating that you have been transferred tickets once Tickets For Less manually transfers the tickets to you.

1. Download the Ticketmaster app from Google Play (formerly Android Market) on your phone
2. Create an account with the email address you provided to Tickets For Less
3. Within the app, tap the “Menu” icon at the top/left and select “My Tickets”
4. Select the event (in this case, the Chiefs game you are attending)
5. When your ticket information pops up, click “View Barcode”
6. Present barcode on your phone at the gate
7. Enjoy the game!

Note: If you have the Chiefs App downloaded on your phone, simply create a Ticketmaster account at www.ticketmaster.com with the same email associated with your Chiefs account and you can accept your tickets into y our Chiefs app.

Are you heading to the game with a group, and think you might not all enter together? You can transfer their ticket to them through the Tickemaster app:

1. Within the app, tap the “Menu” icon and select tickets icon and select “My Tickets”
2. Select the event (in this case, the Chiefs game you are attending)
3. When your ticket information pops up, tap the “Transfer” button
4. Select the ticket(s) you wish to transfer, and tap “Transfer To”
5. Tap “Manually Enter A Recipient”
6. Enter the First Name, Last Name and Email/Phone Number of the person you are transferring tickets to and select “Transfer Tickets”

Note: Anyone you transfer tickets to will need to have/create a Ticketmaster account or they will not be able to accept your transfer. They will be prompted to create an account in an email once you transfer the ticket to them.
